Who they are
Kelsey Buchalter is a Nutrition Network Practitioner and metabolic health coach who came to this work through her own recovery from anorexia — a journey she credits with saving her life.
She now teaches on eating disorders in the Nutrition Network’s carnivore training program and coaches people back toward a full life. At Meat Summit she’ll also don her detective hat as host of the Saturday-night interactive Carni-Mystery.
