Lee Copus — the Kent Carnivore — lived for years with ulcerative colitis so severe it eventually cost him his colon. After surgery and years of illness, he found his footing with a meat-based way of eating, and the change he describes in his first 21 days set the direction for the rest of his life.
A trained pianist with a popular YouTube channel, Lee now spends his time helping other people share their stories.
